Jeff spent the first two years of his public accounting career with Arthur Andersen, LLP, in their Entrepreneurial Services Group. In 1992 he joined three former Arthur Andersen tax managers in a newly formed CPA firm, Stout, Causey & Horning, PA. In 1994 he partnered with his father to form Klacik & Associates, P.C. Since then he has grown the firm and now is the Managing Partner of offices in Shamokin, Pennsylvania and Baltimore, Maryland. He has worked with SB & Co. over the past six years on the State of Maryland audit including Single Audits and the University System of Maryland. |

Tom Klacik is the founding partner of Klacik & Associates. He is a public accountant and enrolled agent with over 50 years experience serving clients in the Shamokin area. Tom is still actively involved with his clients. |

Greg is the most senior member of Klacik & Associates, P.C having joined the firm in 1997 and has over fourteen years of audit experience. Greg has spent over twenty years in both the public and private sectors of accounting and has therefore experienced the audit perspective from both sides of the audit engagement. Before he joined Klacik & Associates, P.C., Greg was the controller for R. J. Jeffreys & Sons, Inc., a locally owned trucking company providing services throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to that he spent three years in public accounting with John Wyotovich, CPA. Greg has had oversight for virtually all state and local audits performed by Klacik & Associates, P.C. He has worked very closely with the partners, managers, seniors and staff of SBC over the past six years on all aspects of the State of Maryland audit including Single Audits and the University System of Maryland. |

Pauline A. Gredzinski - Administrative Assistant |

Pauline A. Gredzinski has been the Administrative Assistant at Klacik & Associates since 1998. Prior to joining the firm, she had over ten years experience in banking and more than thirteen years experience as a legal secretary. She is also the payroll specialist for Klacik & Associates, experienced in all types of payroll preparation. She is very well versed in preparing quarterly and annual payroll tax returns as well as sale tax returns. Pauline also has a strong background using Quickbooks. |
